In this session, you will explore how morphology, the study of word parts such as prefixes, suffixes, and roots, can make your existing literacy instruction more effective. Instead of adding a new block or program, you will learn simple, high-impact ways to weave word work into routines you already use, including read-alouds, writing time, vocabulary instruction, and morning work.

You will engage in quick, hands-on activities, examine real classroom examples, and leave with a ready-to-use plan to integrate a short, repeatable morphology routine into your week. The focus is on keeping it simple, sustainable, and effective because small instructional moves, when used consistently, can lead to meaningful results for students.

Join us to strengthen your literacy instruction in a way that is manageable, meaningful, and easy to implement.
