This session will focus on creating strong math routines, structures, and classroom expectations that support student thinking, independence, and engagement. Teachers will explore ways to begin teaching meaningful math content immediately while also intentionally building a classroom community where all students see themselves as capable mathematicians. Participants will have time to reflect, plan, and visualize what they want math to look and feel like in their classrooms this year.
