Elementary music teachers will discuss ways to collaborate with their middle school programs, ensuring students are prepared to access music classes at the next level. They will discuss strategies and activities to bridge the gap from elementary to middle school.
These trainings are largely driven by the teacher's Prior Knowledge Survey, which will be sent to staff before the training. Potential topics all circle around expanding MakeMusic use with more effective and efficient teacher rehearsal and practice strategies. It's also a great opportunity to deep-dive into different parts of the program, such as our Assignment tool, Sightreading Studio, and Foundations Series.
